0 kn KLEINFELDER <br /> 5 REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the field activities described in this workplan the protocols followed and <br /> observed during the abandomnent of MW-4 and the installation of MW-4r will be reported in the <br /> following quarterly groundwater monitoring report as an additional task undertaken during the <br /> quarter. The items included in the report will include the following: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols; <br /> • A graphical representation of wells; <br /> • A graphical representation of groundwater flow direction and gradient; <br /> • Lithologic logs and well construction diagrams; <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work; and <br /> All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be <br /> released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law <br /> requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an <br /> immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
