Current telephone number for State Office of Emergency Services. <br /> If the facility has a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures plan, or some other emergency or contingency <br /> plan,the owner or operator need only amend that plan to incorporate hazardous waste management provisions that <br /> are sufficient to comply with the requirements of this chapter. Immediately prepare or amend an existing plan to <br /> fulfill the requirements of this chapter.
