ESA reports do not eliminate all uncertainties about the site and are not exhaustive on <br /> record searches. The amount of research depends on the type of property, the expertise and <br /> risk tolerance of the client, and the information developed in the course of the inquiry. <br /> This Phase I ESA Report is viable for 180 days from the date the contract was signed.
