Mr. Lucchesi is selling the prDperty. <br /> 4.0 RECORDS REVIEW <br /> In preparing this report NOA has engaged the services of Environmental Data Resources, Inc. <br /> (EDR) of Milford, Connecticut. EDR provided NOA with a !,list and profile of the recorded sites <br /> within the study area that have been identified by the regulatory agencies. EDR's report <br /> #4048575.2s, dated August 26, 2014, is included as Appendix D. The date of the latest <br /> agency version of each database searched by EDR and the date EDR acquired the latest update <br /> are noted in the EDR report. <br /> Included in the EDR governmental database search was list of "orphan sites." These sites <br /> were not depicted on the EDR radius map of identified sit . NOA reviewed the "orphan sites" <br /> list for properties that may be located within the search ra ius specified for each governmental <br /> database; all such sites have been included in the body of this report. <br /> 4.1 Standard Environmental Record Sources <br /> The following standard environmental record sources have been reviewed based on the data <br /> provided by EDR: <br /> Searmh <br /> Database Reviewed by EDR Radius <br /> Radius <br /> National Priority List(NPL) <br /> Source: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(US rPA). The NPL database Is 8 subset of CERCLIS (see below) I mile <br /> and identifies sites for priority cleanup cruder the 5uperfund Program. NPL site¢may encompass relatiwiy large <br /> areas. <br /> Delisted NPL ust -_. ... . .. . <br /> Source: US EPA. The Delisted NPL database includes sites which have been deleted from the NPL because no 0.5 mile <br /> further response was appropriate.
