Two record$ were found: in 2003 a HVAC permit <br /> for the removal and replacement of the AC unit was identified and a record in 2001 for a <br /> demolish permit of three USTs (7,500, 1,000 and 6,000-gallon tanks). <br /> 4.5.6 Other Historical Sources <br /> No additional historical sources were searched by NOA in preparing this report. <br /> 5.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on September 3, 2014 by Tonya <br /> Scheftner. A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report in <br /> Appendices A and B. <br /> 5.1 Methodology and Limiting Conditions <br /> The periphery of the subject property and structure on property were inspected. A detailed <br /> inspection was conducted of all major site features visible from the periphery of the property. <br /> The inside of shop and interior office areas of the stir -u a were observed. The structure is a <br /> shop with attached office space including storage closets, bathrooms and a break room. <br /> Inspection of the southern portion of the ground surface of the property was prevented by <br /> asphalt surfacing and a structure covering that part of the Site. <br /> 5.2 Site Visit Checklist <br /> Observations made during the site visit are summarized in "he following table: <br /> Site Visit Observations <br /> Subject Property <br /> Current Use of Property The approximately 3.07 acre property consists of a large <br /> (approximately 3,000-square feet) structure with an attached 12- <br /> bay parking structure surrounded by a paved parking area.
