Page 6 <br /> All drilling activities, sampling, and report will be supervised and prepared by a <br /> California-Registered Professional Geologist (#7503) and in accordance with <br /> procedures referenced within a Health and Safety Plan (signed in the field). <br /> A total of eight (8) soil samples were collected on June 19, 2015 at 2.5 ft bgs, <br /> 5.0 ft bgs, 7.5 ft bgs, and at 10.0 ft bgs from the soil boring designated S1 and <br /> collected at 2.5 ft bgs and at 5.0 ft bgs from the borings designated S2 and S3, <br /> and were analyzed for Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Hydraulic Oil <br /> (TEPH-HO) using EPA-Method 8015. <br /> A total of four (4) soil samples, were collected on June 19, 2015 at 2.5 ft bgs, 5.0 <br /> ft bgs, 7.5 ft bgs, and at 10.0 ft bgs from the soil boring designated S1 and were <br /> analyzed for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) using EPA-Method 8082. <br /> A total of two (2) soil-gas samples collected from the soil-gas borings designated <br /> S4 and S5 at 5.0 ft bgs will be analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), <br /> using EPA Method TO-15. <br /> REPORTING <br /> All drilling activities, sampling, and report will be supervised and/or prepared by a <br /> California-Registered Professional Geologist and in accordance with procedures <br /> referenced within a Health and Safety Plan (signed in the field). Following <br /> completion of the field work and/or initial sampling of the soil boring, a Report will <br /> be prepared and submitted to Mr. Jason Desalvatore presenting field activities, <br /> boring logs, laboratory analytical results of any soil and soil-gas samples taken, <br /> and conclusions and recommendations. <br /> Environmental and Remediation Services since 1992! <br />
