4.0 SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> All field work will be performed in accordance with an approved site specific WESTON Health <br /> and Safety Plan An OVM or an HNu instrument will be used to monitor air quality in the work <br /> area It is anticipated that the field work will be conducted in Level D personnel protection with <br /> the potential for upgrading to Level C should sustained above background levels of hydrocarbon <br /> vapors be detected with the air monitoring instrument <br /> 5.0 REPORTING <br /> Upon receipt of the analytical results, a report will be prepared summarizing field activities and <br /> presenting the results of the investigation work Conclusions and recommendations as <br /> appropriate to the findings will be presented Upon review by SJCMVCD, the report will be <br /> submitted to EHD for evaluation <br /> 6.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon approval of this work plan by the EHD, field mobilization will require up to two weeks <br /> It is anticipated that approximately three days will be required to complete all field activities <br /> Analytical results will be available approximately three weeks after sample collection The final <br /> report will require a maximum of two weeks for preparation, resulting in an estimated total <br /> elapsed time of eight weeks trom authorization to proceed until submittal of the report to <br />� S7CMVCD <br />' sX�RprsysjcnTvcn WP 8 02M/94 <br />
