Please replace the first permit application <br /> package I sent you with the second package. I sent the first package before I spoke with you on the phone. The <br /> encroachment permit is in the works and I will send it to you immediately upon receipt from Public Works. We are <br /> still planning three field days at Tracy Pump Station = Day 1: Jan 26 -Utility locating, Day 2: Jan 29 - Drilling, Day <br /> 3: Jan 30 - Drilling.
