The following information is needed <br /> before the District can fully evaluate the proposed project: <br /> 1 . Average composite concentration for the entire amount of soil to be <br /> excavated for each and all pollutants. <br /> 2. Total quantity of soil to be excavated. <br /> s: <br /> 3. Quantity of soil to be excavated per day. <br /> The District recommends that sampling and testing protocal be sent by the applicant <br /> for approval . As soon as the District has the above information, one or a combination <br /> of the following options may be required. <br /> 1 . Exempt the excavation and aeration from APCD requirements. <br /> 2. Allow limited or controlled aeration. <br /> 3. Conduct a full blown risk assessment analysis. <br /> 4. Conduct a simple risk assessment screening. <br /> 5.
