June 4, 1961 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> We the home owners of the Tennis Vista Development do not <br /> appreciate the delays concerning the cleanup of the vacant <br /> lot north of Gallery Drive adjoining this development . <br /> When we bought these homes we were not expecting to be <br /> next to what we feel has become nothing short of a dump ' <br /> We have been patient for over two years concerning this <br /> problem. Evidently stronger action must be taken to get the <br /> City of Tracy and Renown Enterprises developers to cooperate <br /> in at least a cleanup of this property. <br /> If it becomes necessary, we are prepared to join together <br /> in a class action lawsuit against not only Renown Enterprises, <br /> but also the City of Tracy or any other parties responsible <br /> for the dumping of contaminated groundfill within the city <br /> limits . The dirt was moved from one area to another, creating <br /> mountains of waste. <br /> All we are asking to prevent this action is to at least <br /> have the area leveled and cleared of broken concrete and <br /> leftover building debris . <br /> Take this letter seriously.
