That letter details the procedure by which Brutoco <br /> Engineering , the prime contractor , intends to utilize the oil <br /> contaminated soil as road base during construction of the <br /> Crosstown Freeway Project. <br /> AEMC, on behalf of Renown Enterprises, Inc. , is hereby requesting <br /> that the proposed reuse of the Contaminated soils be exempted <br /> from Subchapter 15 regulations. Renown Enterprises, Inc. is in <br /> receipt of your offices " March 13., 1986 letter which requires the <br /> perfor(ri.:m'ic: of three (.7) tasks prior to your consideration of a <br /> Subchapter 15 exemption. <br /> Cal Trans has full knowledge of the proposal to utilize Renown ' s <br /> contaminated scil as road base material in the Crosstown Freeway <br /> Project .
