Silva: <br /> We hereby request your permission in allowing <br /> us to use the City of Tracy landfill on Coral Hollow <br /> Road as a dumpsite for our non-hazzardous soil <br /> contamination . <br /> I have enclosed the correspondence from the <br /> State Department of Health Services, Toxic Control <br /> Division which ruled the contaminated soil as being <br /> non-hazzard.ous . I have also arranged to have the <br /> Eureka Laboratories report to be sent to you. <br /> As soon as we have your permission to use the <br /> Tracy Landfill we would like to start the clean-up. <br /> By removing the contamination prior to the rainfall <br /> we should be minimizing the possibility of further <br /> water contamination. We will be installing more <br /> monitoring wells on the Southern Pacific property . <br /> Our environmental Specialist, Mr. Jim Schuck and <br /> Mr. Gary Reents of the Regional Water Quality Con- <br /> trol Board are working on this now. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jackson C .
