Scott Mansholt - 3 - 8 September 2008 <br /> 990 Beechnut-Tracy <br /> Excavation Workplan <br /> After the excavation activities are completed and provided the results of the confirmation <br /> sampling results are below targeted cleanup levels, an amended health risk screening <br /> assessment will be prepared. <br /> Following completion of the excavation, successful confirmation sampling, and backfilling, <br /> Chevron will prepare a deed restriction that will prohibit use of the Site for residential or other <br /> sensitive receptor use and prohibit structures for certain areas of the Site. <br /> Based on our review, Regional Water Board staff concurs with the proposed tasks and the <br /> remediation goals outlined in the workplan, provided our comments above are addressed. <br /> Please notify Regional Water Board staff at least 48 hours prior to initiating the excavation <br /> activities. <br /> By 1 April 2009, please submit the 990 Beechnut Soil Excavation summary report and the <br /> amended health risk screening assessment. <br /> If you have any questions or comments, please contact Dean Hubbard at (559) 445-5179. <br /> SHELTON R.
