They held onto this for
quite some time. So this report should be finalized in about 5-working days. If you need data sooner I can ask them to
release analytical to you. This job was pretty much a non-issue in terms on contaminants found.
From: John Yoakum [EH] [mailto•JYoakum@sicehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, November 19, 2013 11:16 AM
To: Doug Heard
Subject: RE: 800 W Ben Holt-Test results
Doug,
I have not received any results on the borings from April 9, 2013.
1 need the results so I can close this file.
Johnny Yoakum
Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
From: Doug Heard fmailto•DHeard@kleinfelder.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 03, 2013 2:36 PM
To: John Yoakum [EH]
Subject: RE: 800 W Ben Holt-Test results
Oh,yes I did call the client. They are still reviewing the draft report and don't seem to be in a rush since the verbal
results were given.
The news is not too exciting in that the results were about as expected, meaning mostly negative findings and low
concentrations of some constituents such as TPHmo in near surface soil. Glad to discuss more specifics w/you, but
should probably have the county concur on that one. Can't see why they would mind , but you never know
From: John Yoakum [EH] [mailto•JYoakum@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 03, 2013 2:07 PM
To: Doug Heard
Subject: RE: 800 W Ben Holt-Test results
Doug,
It has been two weeks,do you have any good news for me yet?
Johnny Yoakum
Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
z
