It has always been a pleasure working with you as well. I direct my e-mails to you, as you are the person who pulled the permit. I can see how it is confusing,as the Master File Record was not signed by you. You may not be aware that when the responsible party signs the form,they are saying that they will "authorize the release of any and all results, reports,and other environmental assessment information to SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT as soon as it is available, and at the same time it is provided to me or my representative." (see attachment) I have already received your next e-mail and see that you have already taken care of this. I just wanted to let you know where we get our authority,and how you become involved. Just so you are aware we typically don't forward reports unless the client asks us to since they are the RP. If this is not your understanding of our role please advise me. But I will forward your email and discuss with this with the client which is public works. Not sure what the issue is on this. Sorry for this as you have always been very helpful to my effort and I would like to help.
