Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was one violation during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 03/07/19. <br /> Notes: <br /> The facility has a Potassium Hydroxide (KOH)tank that is no longer being used. Either remove the tank or label <br /> it"Out of Service". Confirm this tank is"empty"/triple rinsed if it is recycled. <br /> Update the"MSDS"to"SDS" per the Hazard Communication Standards. <br /> Manage unused products/waste/empty container properly. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
