Due to the presence of MtBE exceeding the MCL at the last sampling event, <br /> December 2007, 4" PVC MW-1 and MW-2 are to be 'over-bored' to total depth (at <br /> least 23' bgs) of initial construction with no less than 10" augers . <br /> 2. The other 15 wells may be grouted in place as described in the plan with the <br /> condition adequate pressure is applied to the grout column after its introduction into <br /> the casing and maintained long enough for sealing materials (cement grout) to <br /> properly set. [SJ County Well Ordinance, 13.17.10]. <br /> With the inclusions of #1 and #2 above, the work plan is approved. <br /> Please submit a Well Permit Application Form (and LCD) and $60 fee per each of <br /> the three parcels involved.
