BEN HOLT DRIVE, STOCKTON <br /> APN: 10001701 <br /> LOP/UST SITE Code- RO#: 00486 <br /> Consultant: Cambria, Joe Neely. <br /> August 1988 Subsurface investigation conducted. Four Monitoring wells <br /> installed under EHD permit. Applied Geosystems August <br /> 1988 report details the non detect soil and ground water <br /> samples for TPHg and BTEX. <br /> September 1989 Four monitoring wells properly destroyed under EHD permit. <br /> January 1990 Pre-Tank replacement subsurface investigation conducted. <br /> Ten soil borings installed. Applied Geosystems' April 13, <br /> 1990 report details the low levels of petroleum detected in <br /> the area proposed for the installation of new USTs. <br /> March 23, 1992 EHD places site into Local Oversight Program as soil site. <br /> EHD requires additional investigation to define extents of <br /> contamination. <br /> January 1994 Three monitoring wells (MW-1 thru MW-3) installed on site. <br /> Fugro West Inc. April 18, 1994 Site Investigation/Monitoring <br /> Well Installation Report details procedures and results of soil <br /> samples from five feet to fifteen feet below ground surface. <br /> All samples non detect for TPHg and BTEX. MtBE, 1,2- <br /> DCA, EDB and other oxygenates not analyzed. <br /> February 1994 Quarterly Monitoring Report—First Quarter 1994 (Fugro <br /> West Inc—April 18, 1994) details first ground water samples <br /> from three monitoring wells indicate Benzene detected at 1.7 <br /> ug/I in and Toluene at 0.56 ug/I in MW-3. Duplicates confirm <br /> Benzene contamination present in MW-3. Site updated to <br /> ground water site. <br /> October 1996 Three USTs removed from western side of site. Enviros <br /> Inc. Underground Storage Tank Removal Report details soil <br /> samples results from under USTs. Petroleum contamination <br /> noted. <br />
