Attending the meeting were you representing Shell Oil,Joe Neely and <br /> Aubrey Cool representing Cambria Environmental Technology,Inc.,and Margaret Lagorio,Nuel C. <br /> Henderson,Jeff Wong,Harlin Knoll, Michael Infuma,Lori Duncan, and Vicki McCartney <br /> representing EHD. It was discussed that the State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund is <br /> not expected to be extended past the December 31,2010 expiration date. The following is a <br /> synopsis of the status and/or site specific discussions at the meeting. <br /> 3011 Benjamin Holt,Stockton <br /> It was stated that the last installed monitoring well had been sampled for four quarters and that a <br /> closure report would be prepared as discussed in the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations <br /> dated April 16, 2004. <br /> 1313 Charter Way, Stockton <br /> A Site Conceptual Model (SCM) is being prepared for this site. The contaminant of concern at this <br /> site is 1,2-DCA and the concentration levels should be reduced. This will be addressed in the SCM. <br /> 620 Charter Way. Stockton <br /> A report of the most recently completed work is being prepared for submittal to EHD. <br /> 440 Charter Way.Stockton <br /> A report is due December 18,2005,on the work that was performed on October 18,2005. MW3- <br /> 117 casing may have been damaged by the grout and it will be determined if it can be repaired. <br /> 1267 Country Club, Stockton <br /> The work approved on October 6,2005 by EHD will be performed on December 14 through 16, <br /> 2005. Shell requested a reduction to annual analysis for TPH-d in the ground water samples. EHD <br /> approves of this reduction. If Silica Gel cleanup is performed on water samples for TPH-d analysis, <br /> the samples are also to be analyzed without the Silica Gel cleanup. <br /> 2575 Country Club,Stockton <br /> Shell stated they had not received comment on the work plan dated August 3,2005, they had <br /> submitted. EHD stated the work plan was approved on September 30,2005. Since Shell has to <br /> renew their discharge permit to the City of Stockton sewer they are considering upgrading the <br /> groundwater extraction system. <br />
