Cambria <br /> Environmental Technology, Inc. is currently conducting an underground investigation at this site. SJCPHS has <br /> requested additional ground water monitoring wells be installed as part of such investigation. We have concluded <br /> that the next logical location for one of our monitoring wells is to the north of the Shell site (on your property). <br /> Shell has proposed to SJCPHS the installation of one ground water monitoring well along the eastern property <br /> boundary of your property,in the parking lot area(Plate 1). <br /> All installation activities will be coordinated in advance with you. It will take approximately 4 hours to install the <br /> well. Once it has been installed, it will be contained in a 12-inch diameter round vault box set flush to the ground <br /> surface. <br /> Prior to installation of ground water monitoring wells on properties other than Shell's, it is Shell's policy to secure <br /> a Right of Entry Agreement with outside property owner. Enclosed is Shell's standard Right of Entry agreement <br /> for your review. If it is acceptable, please sign both copies of this agreement and return them to our office.
