The scope of work" <br /> presented in this work plan will comply with SJCPHS and Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board(RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> Site Description: The site is located at the northwest comer of the intersection of <br /> West Benjamin Holt Drive and Interstate 5 in a commercial area of Stockton. <br /> California(Plates I and 2). The site is an active service station with a layour <br /> CAMULA including a station building.a waste oil tank.two dispenser islands.and underground <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL fuel storage tanks(USTs). <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC previous Investigation: Applied Geosystems(AGS),of Sacramento.California <br /> 270 PRMS STREEL, installed four ground water monitoring wells in August 1988. This site investigation <br /> P.O.Box 259 is detailed in AGS's"Assessment of Soil and Groundwater Contamination-report <br /> dated September 16, 1988. These four wells were later properlydestroyed in 1989. TO <br /> SONnu, <br /> In January 1990, Aegis Environmental(Aegis)drilled 10 soil borings.
