Benjamin Holt Drive PERMIT NTAL ESH
Stockton, California
WIC 204-7524-4305
Dear Mr. Infurna:
Per my telephone call, attached is a corrected"Well Concentrations" table for the April 15,
1997 quarterly report submitted for this site. Data for Well MW-2 were erroneously
reported on this table as 7.6 parts per billion (ppb). As the lab data contained in this report
show, the value for Well MW-2 is in fact 7.6 parts per million (ppm). The table has been
corrected to show this value, converted to 7600 ppb.
Also enclosed are data from tank testing performed after installation of the new
underground storage tank system. These data show that the tanks passed all testing. No
evidence of a release from these tanks has been identified through inventory records or tank
and line monitoring equipment.
If you have any questions, please contact me at(707) 935-4852.
Sincerely,
Enviros, Inc.
//111411c,
Diane M.
