Per our March 31, 1994 telephone conversation, submittal of the report was <br /> delayed slightly by the sampling schedule of the new wells and the omission of ethylene <br /> dibromide (EDB) from the groundwater analytical report. <br /> Fugro West, Inc. supervised the drilling and installation of the three new wells on <br /> January 18, 1994. Monitoring and sampling of the new wells was performed by Blaine <br /> Tech Services, Inc. of San Jose, California, on February 15, 1994. Fugro received the <br /> monitoring report from Blaine Tech on March 21, 1994, but the report did not include the <br /> analytical results for EDB, as required by your office.
