PHS/EHD has prepared the following comments for your consideration. <br /> PHS/EHD agrees that an additional monitoring well is necessary in order to determine the extent of <br /> groundwater contamination,downgradient of MW6. <br /> Please proceed with efforts to obtain a City of Stockton encroachment permit. Please also submit a PHS/EHD <br /> permit application and $89 fee along with the City of Stockton encroachment permit.
