The addendum will address the use <br /> of BAT probes as an alternative to the use of monitoring wells. This field test of the BAT System <br /> was described in the December 4, 1990 letter from Clint Rogers of Chevron U.S.A. to Gerald <br /> Facino of The Earth Technology Corporation, a copy of which was submitted to your office.
