The report was signed by an individual who does not meet <br /> the requirements as stated in the State. of California <br /> Business and Professions Code. Re-submit a cover letter <br /> with the appropriate signature. <br /> 2 . Inform us as to the disposition of the purge water from <br /> the monitoring wells and provide documentation. <br /> 3 . The detection limits used by the laboratory are not as <br /> sensitive as those listed in the LUFT Manual. In the <br /> future, .request the lab use the detection limits listed <br /> in the LUFT Manual. <br /> 4 . Provide a 48 hour notice prior to any field activity. <br /> 5.
