Your cover letter . <br /> dated April 14, 1989, states the objective of the investigation was to delineate <br /> the extent of groundwater and soil contamination at this site based upon the <br /> former underground storage tank locations and soil samples collected during the <br /> January 6, 1989 tank removal. The following items as well as the enclosed <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) comments should be included in a <br /> Problem Assessment Report: <br /> a) Detailed site map showing former.tank location and type, and associated <br /> piping. <br /> b) Estimates of quantity and compositions of the liquid leaked (including <br /> basis of the estimate) . <br /> c) History of the former service building and the waste. oil tank usage. <br /> d) Location of nearby septic tanks, leachfields, buildings, and <br /> underground public utility lines (including water, sanitary sewer and <br /> storm sewer) . <br /> e) Proposed program, including methodology, to define the extent of soil <br /> and groundwater contamination. <br /> f) Lithologic logs have not been signed by the registered geologist or <br /> certified engineering geologist (state of Calif. registration) who is <br /> responsible for logs accuracy. <br /> g) Lithology and cross sectional diagrams based on boreholes, trenches, <br /> and other supporting information. <br /> C(OPY <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
