No wells shall be destroyed with proposed variances <br /> until further evaluation is made by the.EHD.Submit the proposals as soon as possible.Johnny Yoakum will be your field <br /> inspector for the project and it will be necessary to contact him with the commence date for the well destructions. I <br /> expect to'be completed with the 2908 W Benjamin Holt Drive permit.applications once the additional fees of$250.00 <br /> are received in our office.
