' Ms. Margaret Lagorio -2 <br /> 252999.93(a)(3) At least 85%of the plume is comprised of petroleum <br /> contamination resulting from an unauthorized release from <br /> a tank whose owner or operator is eligible or payment of a <br /> claim pursuant to Section 25299.54. <br /> 25299.93(a)(4) At least two contributing sites involve an unauthorized <br /> release. <br /> 25299.93(a)(5) The joint claimants have coordinated corrective action as <br /> soon as practicable' <br /> 25299.93(a)(6) The joint claimants agree to seek preapproval of corrective <br /> action costs in accordance with subdivision(c)of Section <br /> 25299.93(a)(7), The joint claimants must have entered into a written <br /> agreement that provides for a coordinated corrective plan. <br /> Several reviews will be conducted for the claim application including an administrative, <br /> technical and settlement review. Once,all reviews are complete, you will be notified by letter of <br /> the claim's acceptance or rejection. A regulatory review of the subject files will be requested if <br /> all eligibility requirements have been met to verify corrective action history and compliance. In <br /> the event information in the regulatory review is obtained that disqualifies acceptance of the <br /> CPA claim, you will be notified by letter. <br /> NOTE: Article 11 requires joint claimants to the CPA Program to coordinate their corrective <br /> work as soon as possible and obtain preapproval of all corrective action costs once the claim <br /> receives a Letter of Commitment.
