Once,all reviews are complete, you will be notified by letter of <br /> the claim's acceptance or rejection. A regulatory review of the subject files will be requested if <br /> all eligibility requirements have been met to verify corrective action history and compliance. In <br /> the event information in the regulatory review is obtained that disqualifies acceptance of the <br /> CPA claim, you will be notified by letter. <br /> NOTE: Article 11 requires joint claimants to the CPA Program to coordinate their corrective <br /> work as soon as possible and obtain preapproval of all corrective action costs once the claim <br /> receives a Letter of Commitment.
