Any attempted voluntary assigrmteat of <br /> this Agrseernent or any obligation hereunder without such authoriTaticm shall be mill and.void. <br /> ARTTCIM 1t—AWDI DIATT®N <br /> In the event the parties are unable to agree as to their respective proportions of <br /> Contamination, the parties shall emur into a mediation for the determination of the Relative <br /> Coutribution of each Party_ If the mediation is not successful, each party reserves it right to <br /> pursue legal action to determine the Relative Contributions or seek recovery of costs incurred. <br /> ARTICLE 15—AC ESS_ <br /> All parties agree to provide each other and their employees,agents,and contractors reasonable <br /> access to each Station property w necessary W perfb m the Work. <br /> ARTICLE 16—JOINT CLAM TO=1 FUND <br /> The parties agree to submit any necessary foam of other documentaiton to the Board for the <br /> purpose of making a joint claim for payment of the costs of the Work from the Fund pursuant <br /> to California Health and SaL-ty Corrie Seetiom 25299.90,et seq_,as enacted by Senate Bill 562 <br /> (the Joint Claim")_ The Joint Claim shall neck from the Fund the reimbursement for all <br /> eleigible past costs incurred by each party prior to and under this Agreenxnt and written pre- <br /> approval of the Board Ibr payment of any further costs incurred for `Work" under this <br /> Agreemomrt.
