LUr, is an initial step on a state-wide basis to <br /> Provide some guidance. <br /> Attached to this memo are procedures (summari-ed below) developed to <br /> supplement and eXpand on LUr, w.6iich is Iimited pr4rnarly to soils <br /> contarn:rated by _motor vehicle fuels and does not address situations <br /> whic:i n—jary L!As and Regicral ward regulatory sta!f often ace. The <br /> procedures were dzveioped independently in several regions and have <br /> bee_" reviewed by representatives of the LIAs. As recur::gig problems <br /> are found at dfffer ent sites, it will become necessary to develop <br /> Procedures which identify minimum requirements for the regulated <br /> sites.
