The costs to advance these borings for commingled plume delineation have <br /> been included; however, the costs to convert those borings to monitoring wells <br /> (reinstalling the destroyed wells) on the Chevron property have not been included, and will <br /> be covered separately by Chevron. <br /> Schedule <br /> SECOR can proceed with the proposed scope of work immediately, pending receipt of <br /> cost pre-approval. <br /> Budget <br /> The project budget to complete the indicated work steps is summarized in Attachment 3. <br /> The proposed scope of work is based on billing rates approved by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Program.
