2905 West Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, California March 16, 1994
Chevron U.S.A. Products Company Page 1
1.0 INTRODUCTION
This Problem Assessment Report (PAR) for the Chevron service station number 9-4275 at 2905 West
Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton, California (Figure 1), includes an assessment of environmental impacts
with four proposed alternatives for corrective action at the site. The assessment of environmental
impacts evaluates the extent of hydrocarbon-impacted material related to unauthorized releases at the
site and its potential for compromising water quality in the immediate vicinity of the site. Proposed
corrective action alternatives summarize the site-specific effectiveness of each alternative and a
cost-benefit analysis of each proposed action. This report follows guidelines for Corrective Action Plans
outlined in Chapter 16, Article 11, Division 3, of Title 23 in the California Code of Regulations and
guidelines for Problem Assessment Reports detailed in Appendix A of the Tri-Regional.Board Staff
Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites.
E
f
so7aaAR.RPT LL' GROUNDWATER
TECHNOLOGY
