Products Company Page 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Problem Assessment Report (PAR) for the Chevron service station number 9-4275 at 2905 West <br /> Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton, California (Figure 1), includes an assessment of environmental impacts <br /> with four proposed alternatives for corrective action at the site. The assessment of environmental <br /> impacts evaluates the extent of hydrocarbon-impacted material related to unauthorized releases at the <br /> site and its potential for compromising water quality in the immediate vicinity of the site. Proposed <br /> corrective action alternatives summarize the site-specific effectiveness of each alternative and a <br /> cost-benefit analysis of each proposed action.
