PHS/EHD has the following response for <br /> your consideration. <br /> PHS/EHD grants the April 30, 1992 due date extension requested <br /> for the submittal of the Draft Final Remediation Plan Addendum. <br /> PHS/EHD agrees that evaluation, prior to the installation of the <br /> proposed offsite well, PR-3 , is reasonable. Please initiate <br /> negotiations with Cal Trans to acquire permission to drill on the <br /> property to which a(_cess is controlled.
