They indicated they were to <br /> represent you and agree to suitable measures needed to investigate this problem. <br /> The attached memo ingludes a short summary of this meeting. At the end is a list <br /> of the items that must be completed _in order. to' address our concerns at the <br /> present time. <br /> The goal of the investigation is to define the full lateral and vertical extent <br /> of contamination due to the 1983 spill and any other activities at the Arco <br /> station. Specific items to. be submitted to us by 1 June 1987 include: <br /> 1. Results from an onsite soil survey, review and evaluation of all data from <br /> the site to the present time, ,this is to include data acquired since <br /> Emcon's report of March, 1986; sampling results from existing <br /> monitoring wells, and results of an on-site and off-site vapor survey. <br /> 2. A proposed workplan for future investigation. For. more detail please refer <br /> to the attached memo. <br /> i <br /> 3. Evaluation of ongoing _discharge;.of contaminated ground water to the City of - <br /> Stockton's sewer system.
