Revocable Permit <br /> Dear Mr. Sheetz: <br /> t <br /> Enclosed is a "Faithful Performance Bond" (Bond) form.. The Bond is j <br /> required by the City of Stockton Municipal Utility District (City) <br /> as part of the revocable permit application requirements: We need <br /> a revocable permit before the City will issue an encroachment <br /> permit for drilling and installing wells in the streets.. <br /> Also enclosed are the August 28 and October 2, 1987, letters from <br /> Mr. Warren Boalt (of the City) to Ms. Johanna Ambler. The Bond is <br /> listed as Revocable Permit Requirement 4 of Mr. Boalt' s August <br /> letter. <br /> The Bond form was sent to the drilling subcontractor., Mr. Parris <br /> Baker of P.g. Exploration, Inc. , for his completion. Mr. Boalt <br /> later explained that the Bond needs to be executed by ARCO <br /> Petroleum Products Company (ARCO) as the owner of the wells to be <br /> installed. The City requires the submittal of the Bond to they can <br /> notify the owner of any future action regarding the wells (e.g. , <br /> abandonment) . <br /> Mr. Boalt will begin processing the revocable permit application. <br /> However, final approval will pend ARCO' s submittal of the Bond to <br /> the City. Please execute this bond and return it to us as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Three of the four proposed well locations lie within City <br /> jurisdiction.
