Since <br /> these wells will be permanent installations, a Revocable Permit <br /> issued by the City Council will be required after which an <br /> Encroachment Permlt can be issued . to the contractor for the <br /> actual work. <br /> In order for the Revocable Permit to be presented to the City <br /> Council, the following will be required: <br /> I <br /> 1 . A formal application for the permit. This application <br /> should be submitted by the party who will own the <br /> encroachment and, in this instance, would probably; be <br /> either Brown & Caldwell or Arco.: A formal application <br /> form is enclosed for your use, if you so desire, <br /> together with a copy of the "Standard Conditions" <br /> referred to in the application. C . <br /> 2 . A processing fee check in the amount of $250 . made <br /> payable to the City of. Stockton. <br /> 3. An 8-1/2"r. 11" drawing or drawings showing the precise <br /> location of the proposed wells. The location of each <br /> well shall be dimensioned to a known point or points. <br /> The location should also <br /> be shown with <br /> reference to <br /> existing City. facilities such as face of curb, back of <br /> sidewalk, etc. <br /> 10STOCKTON...CAUFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT" <br />
