PERMIT NO. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS <br /> 1 . All applicable conditions of the Revocable Permit granted <br /> by the City Council under Ordinance No. shall <br /> be applicable to this encroachment permit. <br /> 2 . Location of each well shall be determined in the field <br /> by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The provisions of the State of California, Department- <br /> of Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 entitled "Water Well <br /> Standards : State of California" shall be applicable <br /> to this permit . <br /> 4 . All drilling locations , methods , and well design are <br /> to be approved by the California Department of Health <br /> Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board . <br /> 5 . Subject to State of California approval , the details <br /> of the proposed well design are to be as shown on the r <br /> attached Figure 1 .
