As discussed between you and Mr . Jack Knapper of <br /> Western Geo-Engineers on April 29, 1987, the work has already °;been <br /> performed. Western Geo-Engineers was supposed to have contacted us <br /> prior to commencing work in order for us to have submitted and <br /> obtained the permit. Unfortunately, this did not happen. <br /> Western-Geo Engineers has performed this type of work at many <br /> stations throughout California. They are extremely competent <br /> professionals and are quite knowledgable about drilling, sampling, <br /> and grouting. Questions about their techniques and especially their <br /> grouting methods may be addressed to Mr. Harlan Knoll of ' your <br /> staff. Mr .
