Can you pull them out???? <br /> From: Westhoff, Brian (mailto:Brian.WesthoffC�stantec.com] <br /> Sent: Wednesday, March 19, 2014 10:02 AM <br /> To: Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]; John Yoakum [EH] <br /> Cc: Morescalchi, Sergio; MacLeod, Carryl G; Schreiner, Dan <br /> Subject: Arco 2133/Chevron 94275 Stockton CA Well Decommissioning Request <br /> Hi Adrienne, <br /> We spoke to John Yoakum in the field yesterday and he suggested we reach out to you on our request below <br /> for the following wells. <br /> We have attached three field notification of wells were we are finding new utility lines (V-1 and MW-1 R) or an <br /> old'one that field team is requesting a second look (V-12).The wells in question are V-1 and V-12 on the Arca <br /> property (first and third email attachments) and MW-1 R on the Chevron property (second email attachment). <br /> These three wells are scheduled for overdrilling based on our discussions previously. <br /> For Well V-1, an electrical line is located four (4) inches off of the well vault and is located 2.5 feet below grade. <br />` This electrical line was not known in previous utility locates and was identified in the last month's utility locate. <br /> Given the close proximity to the electrical line, spinning augers have the potential to come into contact and <br /> most likely wrap around the augers.This would be beyond performing lock out tag out to prevent exposure.We <br /> would like to add this well (V-1) to list of variance wells to only do a mushroom cap over the well hole diameter <br /> of 10" to 2 feet below ground surface to avoid coming into contact with the line. <br /> 2 <br /> _ � i <br />
