(Stantec), on behalf of Chevron Environmental Management <br /> Company (Chevron) and Atlantic Richfield Company, a BP Affiliated Company (ARC), has <br /> prepared this Letter for Chevron 94275 and ARCO 2133 Commingled Plume, located at 2905 <br /> and 2908 West Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton, California (site). Stantec submitted a No - - <br /> Further Action Request Report (NFAR) dated April 10, 2012, to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) in response to regulatory directive letter from <br /> SJCEHD dated March 21, 2012. The NFAR report was based on "Tri-Regional <br /> Recommendations" (CRWQCB-CVR, 2004) qualifying the site for closure under low risk criteria, <br /> which poses insignificant threat to public health and safety and sensitive receptors.
