V-6 (A) is the well shown in the image. The hazards involved with over-drilling this location are: <br /> 1) Injuring/killing an individual(s) due to electrical arcing from working near a power line(s). The <br /> LAR has a minimum mast of 12' leaving little to no space between the mast and the line. <br /> 2) Injuring/killing an individual(s) due to falling object(s) from the drill rig mast coming into contact <br /> with the building awning. The LAR has a minimum mast of 12' which is higher than the building <br /> awning. <br /> 3)' Injuring/killing an individual(s) due to unknown consequences from damaging the utility located <br /> just north of the well at an approximate depth of 6". <br /> 4) Creating an unsafe environment caused by the release of the sanitary sewer line. <br /> 5) Injuring/killing an individual due to damaging a product line located at unknown depths. <br /> 6) Creating a new release due to damaging a product line located at unknown depths. <br /> 7) Causing a loss of business to the property owner due to downed system. <br /> Stantec/BP requests that this location be pressure-grouted and the well box removed. <br /> i <br /> Sanitary sewer line Product lines at <br /> unknown depths <br />
