This is to notify you that <br /> Section 25297.15 of the California Health and Safety Code requires that the EHD (local <br /> agency) not issue a closure•letter, or make a determination that no further action is required <br /> with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage tank release sites unless all <br /> current record owners of fee title to the site have been notified of the proposed action by the <br /> primary or active responsible party. <br /> Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all record fee title owners have been <br /> notified of your request for closure. If you are the sole property owner please provide a <br /> statement of that fact to the EHD to fulfill this requirement (form enclosed).
