Site <br /> assessment was postponed, until the Chevron station :rebuild was completed in late <br /> October, and pre-approval of the proposed work for the commingled plume from the <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Pre-approval from the SWRCB <br /> is expected in ,early November. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) originally requested the work begin by October 3, 2005.
