<br /> I have reviewed the letter from Pacific Environmental Group, Inc. , dated
<br /> February 6, 1997, concerning the above referenced Shell and ARCO sites on Weed
<br /> Boulevard in Weed. The letter requests a determination as to whether or not a
<br /> commingled plume exists between these two sites.
<br /> If one kicked a can from ARCO' s contaminated groundwater wells, the .c an would
<br /> hit Shell ' s contaminated groundwater- Hells . i think it' s a safe assumption
<br /> that a commingled petroleum hydrocarbon plume exists between these two sites.
