The current property owner of the alley is unknown because the City of Lodi has been in the process of returning this land to adjacent property owners. ARCO and/or consultants will research the current property owner and request access. The air treatment system for the remediation at this site will be transferred from another site. ARCO will evaluate all applicable parameters(nearby water wells,total contaminant mass available to leach and impact groundwater, etc) to decide which site has priority for the air treatment system. Quarterly reports were discussed in general and an effort will be made to sumbit the reports in a timely manner and to provide adequate notice prior to the sampling events. 3425 N. Tracy Blvd., Tracy ARCO Facility # 2093 PHS/EHD contact - Harlin Knoll The site has documented petroleum hydrocarbon soil and groundwater contamination dating back to April 1987. The contaminated grcxmdwater plume has migrated off-site as evidenced in samples collected from MW8. Hydraulic control of:he groundwater is necessary to prevent further off site plume migration. Additional off-site investigation is required to define the full extent of soil and groundwater contamination. A "Final Remediation Plan"-mlizing vapor extraction and possible groundwater extraction was submitted to this office in May 1993. Arco proposes to start-up the remediation system as soon as possible and to continue the off-site investie—jion characterizing the extent of contamination in the vicinity of MW8. Arco stated the off-site remediation may utilize the on-site vapor extraction system in the future. 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy ARCO Facility #6100 PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio Mr. Robert Vieira has not yZ__responded to the letter sent in April 1994. In order to define the extent of soil contamination, another access agreement letter will be sent to Mr. Robert Vieira, for drilling on his property. Remediation of this site will br postponed until equipment from another site in San Joaquin County becomes available. 501 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi ARCO Facility #434 PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio Brown & Caldwell will submit a plot plan of the proposed changes in the locations of the confirmation borings and other items previously requested. The installation of the monitoring well to replace MW2 will be scheduled immediately. Any of the confirmation borings on site and off-site (for which access agreements and PHS/EHD permits have been obtained) shall be drilled at that time. Brown&Caldwell will provide a description of the biofilter being used to remediate the low concentrations of hydrocarbons emitted from the operating vapor extraction system. Matthew Turner of Brown&Caldwell agreed to meet PHS/EHD staff at the site to explain the components of the biofilter. The vapor extraction system will continue to oper=e until cleanup is deemed complete and/or the system is no longer effective as deemed by PHS/EHD.
