Contained in the March 24 <br /> letter was a request for a lithologic cross section, documentation for disposal of the well <br /> development water and drill cuttings, evidence'that permission to drill a soil borehole off <br /> site to the south is being pursued, and construction and start-up of the SVE/AS system be <br /> completed by July 20, 1994. <br /> Figure 1 presents a site map showing the surface representation of lithologic cross section <br /> A-A'. Figure 2 is lithologic cross section A-A'. Attachment A of this letter is <br /> documentation from Dillard Trucking for the disposal of the soil generated during the <br /> installation of;;the soil vapor extraction, air sparging, and groundwater monitoring wells <br /> described in Brown and Caldwell's (BC's) March 10, 1994, report. On March 23, 1994, <br /> via FAX, BC submitted to Ms. Mary Meays of your staff, documentation that efforts to <br /> gain access to off-site drilling locations were being pursued unsuccessfully. <br /> On behalf of ARCO, BC is requesting an extension of the July 20, 1994, date for <br /> completion of the construction and start-up,of the SVE/AS system to the week of <br /> September 26 1994. The following is an anticipated schedule of events associated with <br /> the construction and start-up of the system. <br /> May 4, 1994 Submittal of,'revised (from a 100-cubic-feet-per-minute <br /> (cfm) unit to a 250-cfm unit) Authority to Construct <br /> Permit to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution <br /> Control District (SJVAPCD).
