This work is being performed as part of an investigation <br /> for the subject site. Encroachment will take place in Benjamin <br /> -Holt Drive and Plymouth Road. If this is a problem, drilling could <br /> take place in the sidewalks to limit street encroachment. A11 <br /> wells will be completed below grade. Locking, water-tight steel <br /> CNI 280 well covers will .be installed at grade, flush with ground <br /> surface. <br /> The details of our anticipated encroachment are described below: <br /> 1 . Drill 4 boreholes, 12 inches in diameter, 30-feet deep. <br /> Install groundwater monitoring wells - in each of the 4 <br /> boreholes. <br /> 2 . Each borehole/well will take approximately 8 hours to <br /> complete. <br /> 3 . All work will be performed during daylight hours. <br /> 4. Traffic will be diverted with the following items: <br /> a. Traffic barricades with flasher lights. <br /> b. 18-inch fluorescent orange traffic -cones. <br /> C. Fluorescent orange tape. <br /> d.
