The tower 15 feet <br /> of casing was slotted and the annular space was backfilled with pea graver <br /> from 19 .. 1/2 feet to 4 feet. A bentonite-concrete seal was placed from <br /> 4 feekt to 1, fpot. The well was capped with a protective vault box and fmtOn <br /> in device. <br />
