Brown and Caldwell was informed that,
although the results were well within the discharge limits, the City was concerned that
at some time in the future the discharge concentration might be exceeded. The City
requested that a proposal for some type of additional groundwater treatment be put in
writ:-Iy, and that no water be discharged until after the additional groundwater
treatment is installed.
6/4191 Called the City back after discussing with ARCO the City's request not to discharge.
The City said that they will honor the permit and we could begin discharging again.
615191 Extraction system restarted.
6110/91 Resampled extraction system for BETX and TPH. The results of this sample are not
yet available. In addition, the LEL sensors were recalibrated.
The average daily flow during this reporting period was 0.35 ,aUons per minute.
